A bit about me.

With nine years' industry experience, I set up as a freelance designer in 2006 to provide complete, creative solutions in print and online.

I'm passionate about design, with an eye for detail. Design should be about improvement and advancement, creating something that works better, not just looks better.

Function should work with form to provide the end user with a striking yet self-evident solution. The simplicity of an effective solution lies in the hard work of the production.

Information architecture – the importance of structured content – plays a large role in my design work. This, coupled with my love for typography, helps me develop successful layouts in my design work.

Within web design I believe that clean, accessible code is the answer, creating more streamlined sites that deliver content quickly and efficiently to all users.

I'm a strong believer in open source code and the strength of a developing community working together to achieve an ever-improving, online experience.
